Sky Line Raffle 2024 Rules and Eligibility

 

1.     Eligibility: The Sky Line Raffle is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the organizing entity are not eligible to participate.

2.     Raffle Tickets: Each raffle ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the raffle. There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual can purchase. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3.     Entry Period: Tickets will be available for purchase until April 18 at 11:59 PM, after which no further entries will be accepted.

4.     Prize Drawing: The winner(s) of the Sky Line Raffle will be selected through a random drawing conducted electronically. The drawing will ensure complete fairness and randomness in the selection process.

5.     Notification of Winners: The winner(s) will be notified via phone within 2 days following the drawing. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide accurate contact information at the time of ticket purchase.

6.     Prize: The prizes include:

-       First Prize: $500 Southwest Airlines Gift Card

-       Second Prize: $200 Southwest Airlines Gift Card

-       Third Prize: $150 Southwest Airlines Gift Certificate

Prizes are as stated and are non-transferable. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the discretion of the organizers.

 7.     Claiming Prizes: Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8.     Publicity: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the organizing entity to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9.     Liability Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the organizing entity and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of any prize.

10.  Compliance with Laws: The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

11.  Disputes: Any dispute arising from the Sky Line Raffle will be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the organizing entity is based, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles.

12.  Raffle Organizer: The raffle is organized by A Thousand Miles, whose decisions regarding the planning and execution of the raffle are final.
